Idris Olugbesan, Ph.D currently serves on the executive management team of Regent Microfinance Bank Ltd, bringing extensive experience in the financial services industry. Prior to this role, he was the Acting Managing Director at Hedgeworth Microfinance Bank, where he had also served as Group Head of Business Development, overseeing SME operations in Abuja. Dr. Olugbesan holds impressive academic credentials, including a B.Sc. in Political Science, an M.Sc., and a Ph.D. in Political Economy and Development Studies. He is MCIB/CIBN certified and has enhanced his professional development through numerous management and leadership training programs.

Olakojo Olamide is a Certified Microfinance Practitioner (MCIB) with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business management. He is known for his leadership, organizational development expertise, and resource management skills. Olamide holds a Masters in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s in Structural Engineering. He is an alumnus of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, with certifications in SME Finance, HR Recruitment, and Microfinance. He specializes in development microfinance, green finance, and cooperative management and is a member of CILRM and ICEN.

Taiye Maigidansanmo is the Head of Internal Audit & Compliance at Regent Microfinance Bank, bringing over 10 years of experience across construction, engineering, security, and education sectors. He transitioned to his current role in May 2024 from his position as Senior Accountant at Powerbrid Resources Limited and Head of Finance and Accounts at Solto Guards and Gadgets Limited. Previously, he worked as Inventory Control Manager at SCC Nigeria Limited and Accountant at Noble Guide Academy. Taiye is an Associate member of ICAN and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance.

Adewale Abiodun is a certified microfinance practitioner with 11 years of experience in credit and risk management. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Statistics from the University of Ibadan. Abiodun is an international expert certified by the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany, and an alum of the School of Africa Microfinance, Kenya. He has worked at Seedvest Ltd, Jessefield Microfinance Bank, Finatrust Microfinance Bank, and Davodani Microfinance Bank before joining Regent Microfinance Bank Ltd as Head of Credit & Risk Management.

Elijah Oladosu , Ph.D is a seasoned Private and Investment Banker with over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. He specializes in Relationship Management, Investment Advisory, portfolio design, venture capital, tax, insurance, and financial analysis, with a strong focus on UHNIs and HNIs in Nigeria and West Africa. Elijah holds a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication, an MBA in Marketing, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship. He has built successful portfolios, earned awards for performance, and he joined Regent Microfinance Bank as Chief Marketing Officer.

Oluwaseun Oladipo is a seasoned legal professional with 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. She specializes in company secretarial practice, talent management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. As Head of Corporate Services at Regent Microfinance Bank, she oversees legal, talent management, and administrative functions. Oluwaseun has led numerous high-level transactions and strategic initiatives across various sectors. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the NBS Business Law section, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Nigeria Branch.

Kolawole Durotolorun is the Chief Finance Officer at Regent Microfinance Bank Ltd., bringing over 12 years of experience in banking and consultancy. He previously served as Head of Internal Control and Audit at SPEC MFB, then as Head of Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance at Consumer Microfinance Bank. He joined Regent Microfinance Bank in February 2019. He holds a degree in Accountancy and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Favor Izege is an experienced professional in payroll management, business development, and customer relationship management at Regent Microfinance Bank Ltd. He previously served as Group Head of Consumer Banking, launching the first profitable payroll unit in the microfinance sector. Izege has also worked as Business Manager at Primera MFB, contributing to significant business growth, and played a key role at Credit Direct Ltd. and Devtage Financial Services. With expertise in financial inclusion, operations, sales, risk management, and strategic planning, he holds an HND in Chemical Engineering and is a certified MCIB member.
