She is highly motivated and goal-oriented professional with a strong commitment to achieving both personal and organizational success. With over a decade of experience in the banking industry, she has developed extensive expertise in customer service and has established herself as an outstanding relationship manager. Prior to joining Regent Microfinance Bank Ltd, she gained valuable experience working with the National Television Authority (NTA) and Fortis Microfinance Bank.

She holds a master’s degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Management from the esteemed Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is also MCP-certified and is actively pursuing a certification from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). Throughout her career, she has participated in various professional training programs, including those focused on emotional intelligence in business and customer service management.
