Before joining Regent Microfinance Bank, Favor made significant contributions at Credit Direct Ltd, where he excelled as a team lead, driving impressive business growth. Additionally, he played a pivotal role at Devtage Financial Services by leading the company’s transition to a digital platform, revolutionizing the lending and deposit sectors with the design of a comprehensive digital solution for the savings industry.
