He also held the position of Business Manager at Primera MFB, where his strategic leadership significantly diversified the bank’s business scope, resulting in a substantial positive impact on the bottom line.

Before joining Regent Microfinance Bank, Favor made significant contributions at Credit Direct Ltd, where he excelled as a team lead, driving impressive business growth. Additionally, he played a pivotal role at Devtage Financial Services by leading the company’s transition to a digital platform, revolutionizing the lending and deposit sectors with the design of a comprehensive digital solution for the savings industry.

Favor’s expertise spans financial inclusion, with extensive experience in operations, sales and marketing, risk management, business strategy and analysis, business process re-engineering, corporate communication, organizational alignment, and strategic planning and execution.
