He is the Chief Marketing Officer at Regent MFB and a Chartered Banker with a strong commitment to advancing social inclusion and expanding financial access for Nigerians at the middle and lower economic levels. He is an alumnus of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where he earned a degree in Chemical Engineering before transitioning into the banking industry in 2016.

Before his current role at Regent MFB, Chibuzor served as the Group Head of Business Development at Microbiz, where he successfully grew the client base from the ground up to 12,520, among other notable achievements. His career spans diverse areas such as Business Operations, Sales and Marketing, Brand Management, Mobile Money Operations, Customer Service, Product Development, and Branch Rollout.

Chibuzor’s exceptional performance in various roles has earned him multiple awards and recognition for his outstanding professionalism and excellence. He has held key positions including Team Lead for Sales and Marketing at both Primera MFB and Fortis MFB, as well as Team Lead for Debt Recovery at Fortis MFB. Under his leadership, his teams consistently delivered top-tier services on a national scale.

Chibuzor began his banking career at Mutual Trust MFB Limited as a Relationship Manager, where he quickly made a significant impact. His expertise led him to join the team that pioneered one of Nigeria’s first payroll lending services at Fortis MFB Plc.

Recognized for his tenacity, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, inspirational leadership, and unwavering loyalty, Chibuzor has built a distinguished reputation across the institutions he has served.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Chibuzor is a member of the Arab Gulf Program for Development (AGFUND) and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), where he has obtained several leadership certifications. He is highly qualified in Business Development and possesses the leadership qualities necessary to guide an organization to success.
